"Hokay" and How-to-Freestyle like Jana Barros

In a freestyle, sometimes you have some lyrics in your backpocket to pull out when you don't know what to say. I've heard Eminem say that Proof was once the best at this because Eminem could see him freestyle with hardly any material that he had already written. Jana Barros is one of the best rappers and freestyling, she is even able to incorporate 90% of the lyrics she wrote down and memorized while still writing new ones. It's really fascinating to watch.
